Cultural Arts Education
MSEA youths will study historical, artistic, scientific and culinary contributions from various African American, Spanish, French, Asian, Italian and Native American ethnic groups. MSEA will bring professional artists and cultural resources to youth in underserved communities by partnering with local organizations. The mission of the Cultural Arts Education program is to enrich the lives of youth through the Arts.
